Today Akanyijuka had a visit from Tine, a Danish girl that has been in Kabale for almost three months on an internship with an international organisation. She had come down to do a presentation on Denmark for the children. It turned out that there was a host of other visitors also, but that was ok. The children sang a few songs, they seem to enjoy this a lot these days – you ask them to do one song and then they just keep on going. Afterwards the children also enjoyed some lollies that some one had brought along. Here is Tine doing her presentation.

Later on we went for lunch with Tine and Scott another volunteer here in Kabale. He is from the US and is working for a local secondary school through The American Peace Corps.
