Meetings and Chickens

A weekly meeting at VCCS with all the other leaders within VCCS, in the morning, a meeting with Pastor Edward for Akanyijuka specific things in the afternoon and then a VCCS Board Meeting at night which didn’t end up happening due to some board members not coming.  Meetings are always fun!!  Amongst all that we also had our first day of looking after Favour (Edward and Peace’s daughter) for two days a week.  I say we as Kathryn does all the looking after, but I have all the fun when I am around.

We are having a few problems with the chickens, that is they are not laying as many eggs as they should be, so we are doing a trial run with some in an outside room at our house to see how they go when we know 100% that they are getting all they need.  It seems to be going well as in the first few hours we had two eggs and we were not expecting any for a couple of days after moving them.
