I didn’t take any photos today but I liked this one and thought I would post it anyway. I dropped Kathryn off at Akanyijuka for another day teaching, and then Phil and I gave up the car and walked around to chase up a few things around town. We orderd some more furniture as we are hoping to get some more children for the two newer matrons in the next few weeks, then we chased up a few things for Kathryn’s class and went to talk with Edward at the drop-in centre about a few things. I thought I’d throw in a photo I took of him also:
After this the Siddans’ had finished with the car so we trekked back up the hill and then cruised to Akanyijuka so Phil could paint a new blackboard for Prossy’s expanding class, while I sat in with Kathryn’s class, an arrangement I could easily live with. After this we had lunch and then we went chasing up a new flushing lever for the toilet which had broken and to chase up the counsellor to look into interviewing some prospective children for us to take in. We had no luck with the counsellor as she was away until Friday, but we did get a new lever and installed it before heading home.
