Today was a pretty low key day for me, although not for Kathryn. She had to share at the ladies fellowship that her and Erica have been having with the matrons and some other ladies as well as preparing for another keyboard lesson. I did not have to do a lesson for guitar tonight as Jackson is away at the moment and I even swindled my way out of doing dinner (it was Kathryn’s & my turn) by asking if Phil wanted to cook tonight. This worked out really well as when Phil and I went down town to get supplies for that and a few other things we saw Henry and Harriet and invited them for dinner. Man I am a shifty character indeed, because Henry must be one of the biggest eaters in Kabale. I am glad also that it was not our turn, but the Siddans’, to do the dishes; although Phil is doing a fine job with cooking some good food, he certainly can leave a bit of mess behind as evidenced by the photo below (this was after already cleaning up the preparation dishes himself):
