I headed down to meet with Pastor Jackson again for prayer and things. That went well; I am really feeling that coming along side Jackson is a great way to spend my time investing in the leaders here in Kabale. I walked down and took my camera with me and enjoyed taking some photos on the way. It is a long time since I took photos besides ones of children to put on this site. I have posted a couple below:

After meeting with Jackson I popped into VCCS to where Edward’s drop-in centre runs from. It was good to see that things were going well and that they had people coming along to talk with the children. After lunch Quinton and I put together a very rough frame for a compost pile. I say very rough as we had a mattock, a shovel and a saw to work with. I’d love to post a picture but thought it was in my best interest not to.

In the evening we had the Wards come over, and as always we had a good time enjoying each others company. I really feel a strong connection with the Wards and feel that we will have a lot to do with them in the future; maybe with the drop-in centre or maybe something else.
