Our first time playing in church today! Unfortunately my acoustic was louder than the full volume on the keyboard we bought and every one had to listen to me and Phil, who had his own amp. Jackson has a vision that out of his church ill come a large worship team that will be used around Uganda to bless churches, helping to develop worship in Ugandan churches. We are praying with Jackson that the funds for a small PA system will come in after which we can start to develop the team further. We are already starting to see possibilities and are believing that something great will happen in this area.
I also led the service, basically and MC role, but very much involved in the service a lot more, welcoming, announcements, introductions and closing.
